PROMISE APPAREL LLC (“Promise Apparel,” “Promise POD,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of our customers, merchants, users, and end-customers. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, process, store, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with our websites, software, order portals, print-on-demand services, fulfillment services, warehousing services, customer support, marketing communications, and related business operations.
By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, uploading artwork, creating an account, connecting a store, submitting customer information, or otherwise interacting with Promise Apparel, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice.
1. Information We Collect
Promise Apparel may collect personal information including, but not limited to:

- billing address
- shipping address

- artwork files

We may collect this information directly from you, from merchants, from connected ecommerce platforms, from payment processors, from shipping carriers, from service providers, from analytics tools, or automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Merchant and End-Customer Data
Promise Apparel provides print-on-demand and fulfillment services for merchants who sell products to their own customers.
When a merchant submits end-customer information to Promise Apparel for fulfillment purposes, Promise Apparel processes that information only as necessary to:
- produce the order
- package the order
- ship the order
- provide tracking
- resolve support issues
- prevent fraud
- comply with legal obligations
- enforce our Terms of Service
The merchant remains responsible for its own customer relationships, customer communications, privacy disclosures, sales practices, marketplace compliance, and legal obligations.
Promise Apparel does not use merchant end-customer data to independently market to those end-customers unless legally permitted or separately authorized.
3. How We Use Personal Information
Promise Apparel may use personal information for the following business purposes:
- creating and managing accounts
- processing orders
- producing custom products
- printing uploaded artwork
- fulfilling and shipping orders
- providing customer support
- processing payments
- verifying billing information

- preventing chargeback abuse
- maintaining production records
- improving our Services

Promise Apparel may retain production logs, artwork records, order records, tracking records, communication records, and Terms acceptance records for legitimate business, accounting, legal, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.

Promise Apparel may disclose personal information to third parties when reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide Services, including:

Promise Apparel does not sell payment information.

However, no system, website, server, payment processor, software platform, carrier system, or electronic transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Customer acknowledges that use of the Services involves inherent data security risks.
Promise Apparel shall not be liable for unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse of information caused by events outside our reasonable control, including third-party platform breaches, customer account compromise, weak passwords, malware, phishing, carrier errors, ecommerce platform issues, or force majeure events.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers and merchants are responsible for:
- providing accurate personal information
- maintaining secure account credentials
- obtaining proper consent from their own customers
- publishing their own privacy policy when required
- complying with applicable privacy, advertising, ecommerce, tax, and consumer protection laws
- ensuring they are legally authorized to submit end-customer data to Promise Apparel
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Promise Apparel from claims arising from customer-provided data, lack of consent, unlawful data submission, privacy violations caused by the customer, or misuse of personal information by the customer.
8. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under California privacy laws, including the right to request access to personal information, request deletion, request correction, opt out of certain sale or sharing of personal information, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

We may require verification of identity before processing privacy requests. Certain requests may be denied or limited where permitted by law, including where information must be retained for order fulfillment, accounting, tax, security, legal, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or chargeback defense purposes.
9. Marketing Communications
By providing contact information, Customer may receive transactional, operational, and service-related communications.
Where permitted by law, Customer may also receive marketing communications, promotional messages, SMS messages, email campaigns, or product updates.
Customers may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Customers may opt out of SMS marketing by replying STOP.
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent Promise Apparel from sending non-marketing messages related to orders, accounts, payments, fulfillment, policy updates, legal notices, or business operations.
10. Children’s Privacy
Promise Apparel’s Services are intended for businesses and individuals of legal age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without proper consent, we may delete that information.
11. Changes to This Privacy Notice
Promise Apparel may modify, update, revise, or replace this Privacy Notice at any time.
Changes become effective when posted, published, or otherwise made available.
Customer’s continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Notice.
